Paperwork
Complete all required intake paperwork through our user friendly client portal
Evaluation
Once all paperwork is complete, you will be contacted to schedule the evaluation
Sessions Begin
Once the evaluation is complete, goals are formulated, and sessions start (frequency varies but you can expect sessions 1-2 times/week)
Payment
TLB Speech accepts
Highmark/BCBS
Private Pay
Payment is due at time of session. We accept cash, credit, FSA, or HSA
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
We are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn about your specific out-of-network coverage and reimbursement policies.
